Hello and welcome to Hanusek.com, the online portfolio of John Hanusek, a kinda eclectic mix of photos and videos, personal and professional from home and abroad. My journey as a videographer/photographer started at a very early age when I decided to commender my parents home movie camera and make some short films with my friends. I later went onto college and worked on some 8mm shorts for film class which later got me a job working in television. My first real job was an assistant producer for TV34 local television in Monmouth New Jersey. I learned much more working in live television and creating content for news programs then any day sitting in class. It worked out so well with the station they decided to give me my own show to produce, write and edit. I called it “Local Session” and profiled surfing and skateboarding in the area. I’ve also worked on numerous independent films as filling many positions. Currently I run my own business called Cameron Interactive. I help small business identify their image and get them simulated with their web content via web design, multimedia, video and all interactive content. I continue to make short films, taking photos and traveling the world in search of next visual stimuli.
