Studio Space

Since moving to Wilmington I’ve been looking for a place where I can truly create a mess with my attempt to paint. This is the upstairs of a building on 2nd street. This building is sound but in very poor interior shape. Infested with pigeons and their leftovers. I guess that’s what you get for such a cheap space.
